Here is some information regarding your pet's upcoming appointment at Golden Coast Veterinary Care.
Proof of current Rabies is REQUIRED, otherwise we will vaccinate on the day of the appointment ($20).
Please arrive at your scheduled time. Your pet will stay with us until the afternoon.
When your pet is in recovery, we will call you to set up a pick up time by 4pm.
- Dogs Over 4 Months of Age: NO FOOD after midnight, the night before their surgical appointment - water is OK.
- Dogs Under 4 Months of Age: DO NOT need to be fasted for their appointment. Give food/water as normal.
- Cats: DO NOT need to be fasted for their appointment. Give food/water as normal.
- We require cats to be secured in a carrier and dogs to be on a leash.
- We recommend a cone for your pet to wear after a spay or neuter surgery. We have cones available for purchase ($20).
