Proof of a current Rabies vaccine is required for the procedure, otherwise the vaccine will be given on the day of the appointment. Sending a digital copy prior to your appointment is encouraged.
- Cats must be secured in a carrier.
- Dogs must be on a leash.
We are a high-volume clinic. Please enter the lobby at your scheduled time. If your pet is stressed/anxious, it may be best to leave them outside during the check-in process.
Please be ready to provide the following:
- Proof of Rabies
- Credit/Debit card (NO TAP / APPLE PAY / CARE CREDIT)
- EXACT CHANGE is required for Cash payments ($100 upfront)
Your pet will stay with us until the afternoon and you will wait to receive a pickup text. Depending on your pet’s recovery, a pickup time will be scheduled by 4:00 PM, sometimes later.
- Dogs Over 4 Months of Age: NO FOOD after midnight, the night before their surgical appointment - water is OK.
- Dogs Under 4 Months of Age: DO NOT need to be fasted for their appointment. Give food/water as normal.
- Cats: DO NOT need to be fasted for their appointment. Give food/water as normal.
